Mr. James Tam is the managing partner of our firm. Mr. Tam is an expert in dispute resolution, business transaction and immigration. Mr. Tam has over 15 years of accounting, tax & engineering experience, which he applies to his legal analysis of our cases. Before starting this firm, Mr. Tam was the CFO for various substantial manufacturers in California.
Avery Tam graduated from UC Hasting College of Law and has been admitted to practice laws in all Courts in the State of California. Mr. Tam is a seasoned trial attorney, he previously won numerous trial proceedings where he helped his clients recovered and saved millions of dollars.
Ian Li graduated from USC Gould School of Law and he obtained his Bachelor of Law in China. Mr. Li is experienced in supporting high growth companies with corporate matters. Mr. Li focuses his practice in business litigation and corporate transaction. Mr. Li currently serves as general counsel for numerous public listed companies.
