Ian Li graduated from USC Gould School of Law and obtained his Bachelor of Law in China. Mr. Li is experienced in supporting high growth companies with corporate matters. Mr. Li focuses his practice in business litigation and corporate transaction. Mr. Li currently serves as general counsel for numerous public listed companies.

Mr. Li devoted significant amount of efforts in supporting start up companies in Southern California.
